Work Permit Expiry:

The applicant’s current work permit must be set to expire within four months or less.

Continued Employment:

Applicants must have a job offer from a Canadian employer for skilled employment, and the job must be considered NOC Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades).
